Product Positioning

The 10m river slope paver is a large-scale slope forming equipment dedicated to large water conservancy projects, dam construction and long-distance river regulation works. With an extra-large truss span and high construction efficiency, it is specially developed for large-area and high-output water conservancy construction scenarios, fully meeting the batch construction demands of large-scale projects.

Product Introduction

The 10m river slope paver is a professional concrete slope slipform machine, widely used for large-scale lining projects of river channels, river embankments, reservoir dams and irrigation areas. It adopts a standard paving width of 10000mm, which can complete a full set of integrated processes including concrete distribution, high-frequency vibration, extrusion compaction and slope surface finishing in one continuous operation.

This equipment is highly adaptable to long-distance and large-area slope protection construction. It effectively reduces construction joints and produces slope surfaces with high integrity, excellent erosion resistance and superior impermeability. The whole machine adopts a modular split structure, fully complying with container sea transportation standards for overseas engineering projects. The paving thickness, slope length and slope angle can be customized according to overseas project drawings to achieve non-standard personalized production.

Core Advantages

10m Ultra-wide Paving Width, Ideal for Large Water Conservancy Projects
The maximum single-pass paving coverage reaches 8 meters in slope width, which greatly reduces construction joints. Compared with the 3m model, the construction efficiency and finished area are doubled within the same construction period, making it perfectly suitable for large-scale projects such as dam reinforcement and long-distance river regulation. The paving width is flexibly adjustable from 4m to 10m to adapt to various dam section design standards.
Truss Rail-type Slope-Crossing Structure, Stable Operation on Large Slopes
Equipped with heavy-duty truss main beams and matched steel rail tracks, the machine effectively solves structural deformation problems during large-span slope operation. Built with a multi-group hydraulic synchronous deviation correction system, it ensures uniform paving thickness and consistent slope gradient across the full 8-meter width without uneven thickness on both sides of the slope.
Parallel Multi-group Vibration System, Uniform Concrete Compaction for Wide Slopes
Multiple high-frequency vibration units are evenly distributed along the full 10-meter working width. This design completely eliminates common construction defects such as incomplete vibration and local concrete looseness on large-area slope surfaces. The finished slope structure features strong water erosion resistance, fully meeting the construction standards of large-scale flood control and water conservancy projects.
Modular Split Structure, Suitable for Export Container Shipping
The whole machine can be disassembled into independent modules including truss frame, power unit and vibration unit. The dimension of each split component conforms to international container size limits, avoiding high costs of oversized bulk cargo shipping and greatly reducing overseas logistics expenses. The equipment can be quickly assembled and debugged on the construction site with simple operation.
Remote Wireless Safety Control, Lower Construction Risks on Steep Slopes
Operators can remotely control the entire machine safely on the top of the slope without working on inclined slope surfaces, effectively avoiding high-altitude and slope operation risks. Equipped with intelligent anti-slip and limit protection devices, the equipment prevents sliding and ensures stable and safe operation in wild large-scale overseas construction sites.
Large-scale Construction Capacity, Reducing Overall Project Cost
A construction team of only 3 to 5 workers can complete large-area concrete slope pouring efficiently every day. The equipment greatly saves manual costs for formwork erection, formwork removal and plastering procedures. Meanwhile, fewer construction joints significantly reduce later maintenance, repair and renovation workload, effectively lowering the comprehensive construction and operation cost of the project.
Large-scale Construction Capacity, Reducing Overall Project Cost
Adopting thickened high-strength steel structure and optimized sealing and protection design, the machine is specially upgraded for humid, muddy and corrosive waterfront working environments. It maintains stable and durable performance in remote and harsh overseas water conservancy construction sites.
