The 20m river slope paver is a large-scale slope construction equipment that balances super-long working span and flexible operation performance. It is widely applicable to medium and large water conservancy projects and municipal slope engineering. Making up for the low efficiency of conventional short-span pavers, the machine realizes one-time continuous paving on long slopes, achieving an optimal balance between high construction accuracy and comprehensive project cost.

Product Introduction

Most conventional slope pavers on the market are limited to a working span within 10 meters. Breaking traditional industry limitations, our factory develops ultra-large-span river slope pavers that support customized working lengths of 35 meters and above. This equipment is specially designed for large-scale water conservancy projects, including high-slope concrete lining for reservoir dams, long-distance river bank slope protection, and high-standard slope construction for large irrigation areas.

The whole machine adopts a high-strength modular truss structure with optimized mechanical design, ensuring stable operation and no structural deformation during large-span construction. It integrates concrete distribution, vibration, leveling, and surface finishing into one automatic process, adapting to various slope gradients and effectively preventing concrete segregation and slurry leakage on long inclined surfaces.

The machine adopts rail-type traveling mode and can be equipped with an automatic leveling system to ensure uniform thickness and flatness for ultra-long slope paving.

To solve transportation and installation difficulties of super-long equipment, the machine adopts a segmented modular design for easy disassembly, transportation, and fast on-site assembly.
